By renting any exotic, luxury, or specialty vehicle from Crush Island Supercars (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, responsibilities, and safety requirements set forth in this Disclaimer, as well as any separate Rental Agreement you sign.

Driving Experience & Competence

Exotic and high-performance luxury vehicles demand advanced driving skills, precise control,
and heightened awareness. It is **your sole responsibility** to confirm that you possess the
necessary experience, skill, and confidence to safely operate the specific vehicle you are
renting. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any rental if we reasonably believe the driver
lacks adequate skill or experience.

Age & Driver’s License Requirements

• You must be at least **25 years old** which is specified for certain models).
• You must present a valid, full-privilege driver’s license (not learner’s permit or international
driver’s license alone).
• Additional documentation (passport, second form of ID, etc.) may be required for certain
vehicles or international renters.

Insurance Requirements

You **must** provide proof of valid comprehensive auto insurance coverage that explicitly
includes exotic, high-value, and/or luxury vehicles.
• Minimum coverage levels and acceptable carriers may vary by vehicle.
• We may require a certificate of insurance or direct verification with your insurer **before**
the rental begins.
• If you decline to provide acceptable proof of insurance, the rental will not proceed.

Security Deposit

A substantial security deposit (amount specified in your rental agreement) is required for all
rentals.
This deposit secures your obligations and may be used (without prior notice) to cover:
• Damage or excessive wear
• Traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls, or fines
• Cleaning fees
• Additional mileage or fuel charges
• Any other costs arising from your rental

The deposit (or remaining balance) will be refunded after vehicle inspection, typically within 7–
14 business days, provided no claims are made.

Prohibited Uses & Driving Restrictions

You agree **not** to use the vehicle for:
• Driving on unpaved roads, beaches, off-road trails, or any surface not intended for the vehicle
• Racing, time trials, rallies, autocross, track days, or any competitive or high-speed event
• Reckless, negligent, or illegal driving
• Towing, pushing, or carrying loads beyond manufacturer specifications
• Transporting hazardous materialsAny violation may result in immediate termination of the rental, full forfeiture of the security deposit, and additional charges.

Vehicle Care & Condition

You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same pristine condition it was provided
(normal wear excepted).
• You must promptly report any damage, malfunction, or unusual wear.
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, detailing, or cleaning are strictly prohibited.
• Excessive interior/exterior soiling may incur professional cleaning fees.

Fuel & Mileage Policies

• All vehicles require **premium/high-octane fuel** (or the exact grade specified by the manufacturer). Using incorrect fuel will result in repair costs and penalties charged to you.
• Most rentals include a mileage allowance (detailed in your agreement). Excess mileage is
charged at the per-mile rate stated in the contract.

Weather & Environmental Conditions

Exotic and performance vehicles are generally not designed for extreme conditions. You agree
to avoid operating the vehicle in:
• Heavy rain, flooding, or standing water
• Snow, ice, or severe winter conditions
• High winds, sandstorms, or other hazardous weather

Driving in unsuitable conditions increases risk of damage and may void coverage or result in
liability for repairs.

Legal Compliance & Responsibility for Violations

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable traffic laws, parking regulations,
tolls, and registration requirements. Any fines, citations, tolls, or legal penalties incurred during
the rental period are your responsibility and will be charged to you (plus administrative fees).

Mechanical Problems & Roadside Assistance

If the vehicle experiences any mechanical issue, warning light, or abnormal behavior:
• Stop driving safely as soon as possible.
• Contact our support team immediately (24/7 number provided at pickup).
• Do **not** attempt repairs, jump-starts, or modifications yourself.

Unauthorized repairs will be at your expense.

Personal Property

We are **not** responsible for loss, theft, or damage to any personal belongings left in the
vehicle before, during, or after the rental period.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By accepting delivery of the vehicle or proceeding with the rental, you confirm that:
• You have read and fully understand this Disclaimer and the Rental Agreement.
• You agree to comply with all terms and accept full responsibility for any breach.
• Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental, forfeiture of the
security deposit, additional charges, and/or legal action.
